The Mineola...The Mineola is our home base for the Fiesta Shuttle. Start out in the Mineola restaurant bar with cocktails and food before you board the Fiesta. The Fiesta does not offer cocktails, so feel free to bring one or two on board from the Mineola bar (NO GLASS). The Mineola is our last stop. They are open late, so you can keep on enjoying yourself.
